Germaine Marine = the VIP dealership! A few weeks ago, we took ownership of our first wakesurf boat! A 2021 Supra SL 450!! Just wanted to thank our salesman, Chris Jackson and Germaines big kahuna, Jason Robertson for the VIP treatment. Jason flew out to Havasu, spent a day with me on the lake showing me the operations of the Supra, and then took me out to lunch! We just purchased a boat from Germaine Dealers this year and have had the best experience! They have bent over backwards to help with everything. The Tower on our boat needed to be replaced so while we have waited for a new one from the manufacturer (slow due to Covid) Germaine has kept out boat in their warehouse because we couldnt lower the tower to put it in our garage. They have been so easy and helpful to work with every time we wanted to use the boat. We bought the ATX Model from them (this is our first wake surf boat) and we love it so much we want to upgrade to the Tige. They sell great boats!! And the guys that work at Germaine are the best!! We have had many different boats over the past 25 years and this has been the best overall boat and customer experience we have ever had.

These guys are fantastic, I needed my boat winterized at the last moment they let me bring my boat down and put it in the shop for the weekend to keep the motor from freezing and in Monday they had it done for a good price. They will be my boat shop now and I recommend them for all boat owners.

Wow!!! Best experience EVER! Went in and talked to John and Cory about a broken key in our ignition. It was a simple fix they had time to take care of us right then and there and got us back on our way the lake within 20 minutes.
