How thick are Avalon / Tahoe Pontoons?
Avalon / Tahoe pontoon tube thickness is rated the highest in the production pontoon industry, on a standard twin 25-inch diameter pontoons in 90-gauge thickness, while their high-performance Excalibur, Catalina, LSZ and Waketoon models can feature a more robust, thicker pontoon construction. The thickness is often measured in gauges, with common pontoon thicknesses being .080, Avalon Chooses a much thicker and Heavier .090 gauge as a stronger option. Avalon also offers a rough water performance package with Through Bolted Decks and Stuffed Nose Cones, Heavy Guage Bottom, Side and Nose Cone keels available as an option on Single Engine Models and comes standard on all Twin Engine Models…
